STEUBEN'S BATIK TEE - LIMITED EDITION

Steuben's hand-made Batik shirts are back while supplies last!

Each batik shirt is drawn out individually with melted beeswax.  Dye is then painted on the fabric to color inside the design .  Melted wax is then applied over the design colors and the entire shirt is soaked in a dye bath.  During the dye bath the wax resists the dye and keeps your design protected except where the wax cracks.  After dye bath, each shirt has the wax removed and is then laundered one more time.
